Terms & Conditions


We are committed to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through purchasing our products and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

 

DELIVERY

  • Cream By Val is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 7 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia).
  • Once the products are Dispatch to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal services providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
  • For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
  • Price postage includes handling fees.

 

BOUNCED PARCELS

  • Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Cream By Val will bear the cost of re-delivery if is it deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
  • Cream By Val reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
  • Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUNDS

Please contact us at creambyval@gmail.com for return. Do NOT just send it back and we strongly advise the item mailed back is securely packed, sealed properly and sent via registered mail. We will foot the shipping charges by refunding it to you once we have received the package..
  • We accept returns or exchanges subject to the conditions within 7 days of when your package was delivered.
  • Items for return or exchange must be in good condition (unworn and unused) and should be dispatched within 5 days of offer for refund or exchange.
  • Returns will process in approximately 2-3 weeks upon receipt and verification that the returned item is in its original condition. We do NOT refund shipping costs.
  • We will undertake full refunds for items which is clearly a mistake or error on our part (eg. spelling error on personalized pieces). In all other cases, return for refunds are for the price of the item excluding shipping costs.
  • Items listed at here are ARE NOT RETURNABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE

 

PAYMENT

  • All payment can be made through PayPal, if you do not have an account, payment can still be made with Debit and Credit card.
  • We do accept payment through Internet Banking/Bank Deposit for Malaysia customers and Internet Banking for Singapore customers.
  • Banking details are provided upon checkout.
  • For Internet Banking and Bank Deposit, payment MUST BE made within 24 hours, otherwise orders will be cancelled and released.
  • Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
  • No cash refund is offered.
  • Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

ORDERS

  • Due to security our customers service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is because our studio moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
  • Our customer service team are not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend your orders.
  • If an order is cancelled, no cash refund it offered.

CURRENCY & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • You may select your preferred currency while browsing our website. But our default currency is in USD, all orders will be automatically be converted to USD upon check out
  • For Malaysia customers, we do accept payment in MYR. We will charge accordingly base on pricing stated online in MYR. 
  • Currency conversion happen as per the rates on xe.com . The rates get updated twice a day.
  • Cream By Val reserves the right to amend where deemed necessary.
 

PRODUCTS

  • All items in our shop are completely handmade, and therefore some small imperfections may be present. Small imperfection as part of what makes a personally hand-made item unique.
  • Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong lighting used.
  • Ensure you get your ring size correct. Due to the fact that rings are all custom designs - made to your size - we cannot refund your purchase if you gave the wrong size or simply change your mind.
  • There is a nominal fees charged for ring resizing. We are only able to resize down the ring size, we are unable to resize up.
  • Rings with gems are unable to do any resizing.
 

PRODUCT CARE

  • You are advised to handle all jewellery with care and love. Do refer to our Jewellery Care page for details.

Cream By Val Reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions.
 
In the event of any dispute, Cream By Val reserves the right of final decision.
