1) How long does it takes for local order to arrive ?

We process your order within 24 hours and will ship within 2 to 5 working days as most of our pieces are custom designs. Item will arrive at your doorstep the next 1 - 2 days via Pos Laju. For more information and rates, click here.

2) Do you ship internationally? If yes, how long does it takes to arrive?

Yes ! We do send our pieces internationally ! We process your order within 24 hours and will ship within 2 to 5 working days as most of our pieces are custom designs. Item will arrive at your doorstep the within 2 - 4 weeks via Registered Mail. We do provide Express Delivery too. For more information and rates, click here.

3) What are your shipping cost ?

International Shipping:
  • FREE Registered Mail Shipping with Tracking Number on all orders over $120.
  • $3 Flat Rate Shipping on all Registered Mail with Tracking Number orders to Singapore.
  • $6 Flat Rate Shipping on all Registered Mail with Tracking Number orders to Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines and China .
  • $5 Flat Rate Shipping on all Registered Mail with Tracking Number orders to Japan, Australia, US, Canada, Europe, and New Zealand.
  • $7 Flat Rate Shipping on all Registered Mail with Tracking Number orders to other countries.
  • FREE FedEx Express Economy Shipping on all orders over $250.
  • Starting rate starts from $11 Shipping on all FedEx orders to countries Worldwide.
Shipping Within Malaysia:
  • $2 Flat Rate Shipping on all Pos Laju orders.
  • FREE Pos Laju (Express Mail) Shipping on all orders over $20.

4) Do you require signature on delivery ?

We require signature for all deliveries within Malaysia and internationally, especially jewellery which is remarkably important !

5) How can we make payment ?

We accept payment through PayPal for international and local customers. For Paypal payment, if you do not have an account, payment can still be made with major Debit and Credit cards. However, for local customers we do accept Internet Banking and Bank Deposits. As for Singapore residences, we do accept Internet Banking payment too. 6) Can I request for a refund, return or exchange ?

We accept returns or exchanges subject to the conditions within 7 days of when your package was delivered. Items for return or exchange must be in good condition (unworn and unused) and should be dispatched within 5 days of offer for refund or exchange.Kindly contact us at creambyval@gmail.com about this issue and we will reply you within 24 hours. 7) How do I figure out my ring size ?

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized at the local jeweller. You can also try this guide/page. We are responsible to send you the ring size you ordered. However, we cannot be responsible for determining your ring size as some people wear their rings loose, some tight.

8) Can I have my order rushed ?

If you need your order by a certain date, we are happy to accommodate you, however, we do charge a nominal, non-negotiable fee to prioritize your order. Please contact us before placing an order that needs to be in on a certain date.

9) Do you take orders via phone, email or Facebook ?

We do take orders via email (creambyval@gmail.com) for Malaysia and Singapore customers. But we no longer take orders via Facebook or phone.

10) Do you have a shop ?

For now we do not have a shop, but our studio is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
