Every piece of CreamByVal jewelry is handled with care and shipped directly from our studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Processing Times
- Ready-to-Ship Items: 2–5 business days.
- Personalized / Handstamped Items: 3 business days (for handcrafted production).
- Note: During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All shipments (domestic and international) include tracking.
Customs & Duties:
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Guarantee
We want you to love your handmade treasures. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Policy
We accept returns for non-personalized items only within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, personalized/handstamped pieces, or sale items.
How to Return
- Contact us at creambyval@gmail.com to initiate your return.
- Securely pack your item (we recommend registered mail with tracking).
- All return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
30-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee
Your jewelry is built to last, but we understand things happen. We provide a 30-day guarantee for structural defects, such as:
- Faulty clasps
- Jump ring detachment
- Manufacturing errors
This guarantee does not cover natural tarnishing, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.
Please keep in mind that all items in our shop are completely handmade, and therefore some small imperfections may be present. Small imperfection as part of what makes a personally hand-made item unique.
